Our cancellation policy and refund terms
Self-Drive Car Cancellation
- 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund (100%)
- 24-48 hours before pickup: 75% refund
- 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Chauffeur-Driven Cancellation
- 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- 6-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 6 hours: No refund
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Security deposits are refunded within 3-5 business days after the rental ends and vehicle inspection is complete.
Modifications
You can modify your booking (dates, time, car upgrade) free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Modifications within 24 hours may incur additional charges.
