Insurance Coverage
All our rentals include comprehensive insurance covering:
- Third-Party Liability: Covers damage to other vehicles/property and injury to third parties
- Own Damage: Covers damage to the rental vehicle (subject to excess)
- Personal Accident: Coverage for driver and passengers
- Roadside Assistance: 24/7 breakdown support
Excess/Deductible
In case of damage claim:
- Hatchback/Sedan: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000
- SUV/MUV: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000
- Luxury: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000
Security Deposit
- Hatchback: ₹5,000
- Sedan: ₹7,500
- SUV: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000
- Luxury: ₹25,000+
Deposit is blocked on your card at pickup and released within 3-5 business days after return, post vehicle inspection.
What's Not Covered
- Damage due to negligence or violation of terms
- Driving under influence of alcohol/drugs
- Unauthorized driver operating the vehicle
- Personal belongings in the vehicle
- Key loss or replacement
